Lowry Hill Renovation

Lowry Hill Renovation

This beautiful 1900s era home was in need of updates to improve the usability and function of a portion of the main level and much of the basement.

The clients wanted to improve the basement laundry room to include organized storage space and a dog wash, and convert existing storage space into an exercise room with 3/4 bath. Wine storage and gift wrapping rooms were also added.

As there was previously no bathroom on the main level, the existing butler pantry was remodeled to include a half bath, walk-in pantry, and desk nook.

The renovation resulted in light-filled, pleasant and functional spaces that the clients use and enjoy on a daily basis.
