This small footprint home lives large after the main level renovation. The owner’s needed a fully accessible bathroom and their kitchen was cramped and isolated. Meanwhile they had cultivated a stunning backyard oasis garden. The transformation of the home included connecting all of the rooms in a natural way, integrating the character of the original home. The back yard wall of the home was completely opened up to connect views through the kitchen and pour right out onto the back patio and gardens beyond.
